I have the same problem with a CEL of Misfire in 1st cylinder. I've already done the following:
- Valve Adjustment
- Changed Cap and Rotor on Dizzy
- Changed Spark Plug wires and Plugs
- Cleaned EGR Valve and replaced EGR Gasket

Next is the EGR Ports but thinking of putting a Skunk2 IM in.

Someone please help out with this!!!!!!!!! Friend said it could be my fuel injectors?

I Bought the car at 138000 miles and have not done it myself. I would have to check the record to find out when, if ever, the valves were adjusted.

I couldn't watch the video said an error occurred.(Edit just got the video to work) where does the origin of the ticking noise come from like between the intake manifold and the valve cover, near the header, front side of the motor? (side closest to the number one spark plug) Any CELs also does it seem like your car is taking more than 13 minutes to warm up on a decently warm day say around 85 F? Just a few questions that can help diagnose. Either way it would never hurt to do a valve adjustment.

(EDIT: Upon watching the video i say get that valve adjustment, and do a tune up, also was the car at operating temp when you took this video?)

A lot of good questions!

1.) I have looked but never been able to find the exact source of the sound.
2.) There are no CEL's and the motor warms up in about 3-5 min on the cold days.
3.)I had to charge my camera so the car was off for about a half hour before this video, so it was still pretty warm.

where does the sound seem to originate from. i think its something other than valves needing adjustment from the sound of it.

Car sounds normal to me . If its the valve sound they all do that if its that sound you are refering to at the start the alien sort of sound thats how they are supposed to sound when they are warmed up you will only notice when the car starts getting warm that alien sort of sound starts to get louder until your car gets warm. If anything its your belts that is what causes it. But the valves hmm sounds normal to me if you are worried about internals get a compression test done.

Yea i am referring to the ticking noise, is is really audible between 2500-3500 rpm if i am going between building's, high curbs, anything big enough to echo the sound on a quiet road. A compression test might come sometime down the road, however comparing my lude to 0-60 runs on youtube it seems to preform just fine, even with the higher mileage.

Take that stethoscope put it on top of the valve cover then really just anywhere on the head. Of course don't touch the header. IDK though in that video it sounds a little weird to me. Its warming up and all in the right time by what you say though. So really it could just be me or the video lol

you meant the ticking noise? i thought you were talking about the low "whistle" sound. the ticking is valves. i did my valves .002" tighter than spec and i have no valve tick, just the sound of injectors

Yea i should be getting the tools to do the valve adjustment soon, i will also be getting new seals. I don't know what whistle you are referring to but it might be my intake tubing that has a crack in it. That whistle from the intake sounds kinda sweet while driving tho!

i adjusted my friends gsr valves about .003" tighter than spec and he loves it. no valve tick at idle and he swears vtec crossover is louder and it pulls the slightest bit harder. same thing with my lude.
