your header probably has a test pipe not an actual catalytic converter. because of this your secondary o2 sensor is tripping out because its getting readings off the wall.

Your solutions: purchase a catalytic converter and have it welded into your exhaust.

purchase a high flow cat. this may pose some problems with SMOG testing.

or do the o2 simulator mod. i have this mod myself and no cel for over 3k miles.http://http://www.preludeonline.com/...ective-168992/this is probably your cheapest fix

First, find out why your Check Engine Light is on, instead of just guessing.

you really should check what your cel codes are. MORE THAN LIKELY its your secondary o2 sensor but you should double check just in case. kronn hooked it up with an excellent link on how to pull the code yourself

You probably fouled the o2 sensor by running it with a test pipe without a non-fouler. Pull the code and find out. It's the only way to know for sure.

i already order the MAGNAFLOW CATALYTIC CONVERTER UNIVERSAL 2.5" IN 2.5 OUT
i will weld on this week it might ship on may-7-10

i order the Catalytic 2.5in/out ...
because my header is Jasma 4-2-1 2.5inch+ this catalytic 2.5inch + aftermarket exhaust 2.5inch ... so it fits perfect.
stock catalytic not event 2.0inch. so suck
