I think the sway bar bushings are easy & cheap enough to fall in the "why not" category . . . . and if there's some performance improvement, gravy.
As for the rest, if you've got a press handy & plenty of time to fudge around with it, it might be worthwhile. Guess it depends on how much wear & tear is on all the stock bushings. Mine's getting up there in mileage and roads are pretty rough around here, so I'm toying with the idea of putting in new stock bushings this summer - maybe ES ones for some of it. But it'd be a big pain in the ass with a chance of it being very little improvement, so I may not bother.
FYI, one area where people are strongly recommending NOT upgrading to polyurethane bushings are on the rear trailing arms - I guess the stock rubber ones are designed to allow movement along more than one axis, and "upgrading" them to something stiffer tends to bind the suspension back there.
