Electrical issue help

Has anyone come across electrical issue were...
1. You open the door no cabin light?
2. Turn on the cabin light, and radio power off?
3. Use the cigarette lighter, and the radio power off?
4. Open the doors, and the radio power off?

Sounds to me that a ground wire is grounding out a power wire when it shouldn't be. Check behind your radio for the white with red wire. That is your accesory wire. I'd follow it and make sure that the insulation is good. May not be your problem but that's where I would start. My headlights would come on randomly and not turn on sometimes and come to find out the PO had used the white with red wire as a ground and fried it into all sorts of other wires. I had to completely rewire everything in my dash.
