EGR Ports

I need to clean out my EGR valve and ports and would like to know where you can get the new ports? Online perhaps? Dealer?

new ports? The ports are built into the intake manifold and the EGR valve itself.

If you are looking to clean them out, get some brake cleaner/carb cleaner, and some paper towls, and remove all the carbon build up. Sometimes you will need a small screwdriver or razor to get thick build ups off.

I think that he is talking about the plugs that run along the manifold. I think that they are made of brass. You may want to talk to your dealer to make sure that they are available before you drill them out

That is a pain in the ass job to do. You can read all about my adventure cleaning the EGR ports in this thread.

Speaking of previous thread, you could have searched and found this thread yourself.

Yes, I'm talking about the plugs. My bad on the searching.
