How do you know the ECU is bad?

Because I unplugged n let it warm n hooked it back it turned on then I unplugged again n let it be in the cold n it just cranks but don't start so I'm guessing it's the ecu

Get a known good ECU. Try it in the same situations as you've been experiencing problems.

That should help you identify if it is the ECU or something the ECU is talking to.

I was thinking about doing that but then someone told me its pointless bc I have to have it programmed to key n only dealership does tht n it's not cheap however he told me I'd be better off with jumping harness and a socket ecu but I don't really know what means by tht or how expensive it is to do it
