ECU options other than P72 and Hondata or AEM EMS? - Honda Prelude Forum

Hey peeps,

Now I heard about P72 ECU OBDI swap into the 5th gen Lude... and the stand alone EMS by AEM and the Hondata option... but anybody hear about a Mugen, Skunk2, or Fields ECU? Can they be chipped to run in Lude? Are they plug and play?

hondata and the aem ems are complete standalones, the mugen, s2, spoon, etc are chipped ecu's. 2 completely different things.

Anybody try running with them (skunk/fields/mugen) in their lude?

OBD2 ecu's can't be chipped, well it can't but it costs way too much and not worth it.
