a stock manual ecu wont do you any good cause of the immobilizer unless you go to the honda dealer and have them reprogram it for your car and you would most likely have to walk them through the procedure and your looking at 150 just for the reprograming. your better off getting a chipped obd1 ecu and conversion harness. as far as idle problems have you checked your iacv to see if its cloged or not working properly? just a shot in the dark :/
