The washer squirters are held in by clips in addition to the screws. I think if you turn them, you should be able to pop them out.
In order to fit them onto the CF good, you will have to drill the holes for the screws and clips to fit into. Just don't drill too far...

Use a phillips head screw driver and pop the squiters out. Just turn that little screw and they come out....Its real easy, you just make it seem hard

Those are the clips. To make it easier, slide the hoses out while leaving the clips attached to the hood. Just make sure to remember how everything fits together. Then just take a flat head screwdriver, slide the tip under the base of the clip, and twist.

I would hope I wouldnt have to drill my beautiful Fiber Images hood, but I guess what has to be done has to be done. It does get a little annoying when I must drive around town with dirty ass windsheild. Then again with all of stuff missing, it does save weight

ok..i got the squirters off w/ no problem....but as for the clips holding down the hose..i basically broke em off seeing that there was no other way i could see to do it..

i haven't done the install yet b/c i'm waiting for a 2nd person to help...but i did rip the 3 rubber pieces off the stock hood and i've super-glued them onto the cf hood in the same spots..hope there's nothing else i'm missing....

thanks for the help everyone..
