Stay with what is known to work. Trust me on this one. The product you refer to has a primary spring and a helper separated by a donut piece of material.
Anyway, I was suggesting that the Skunk2's are a linear rate spring-more or less the same stiffness all the time. The Neuspeed Sport that I currently have are progressive-get stiffer as they are compressed (same for Prokit). I have Skunk's on my Civic and they are very firm all the time while the Prelude gets firmer the harder I corner. (Hope that makes sense.) The difference in the Prokit and Neuspeed is enough that I wanted the Neuspeed springs-they are firmer IMO and according to Neuspeed's own data. I also found that I liked the way the car looks now better too. BTW: gf says that is the case as well.
As to your concern about shocks-I only use Koni so someone else will have to input on Tokico. Most people around here use either Koni "yellow" Sport or KYB/AGX. My experience with Koni goes back a very long time. They support almost every car I have owned. It is your money-do spend it wisely on the best you can afford.
