My passenger side door wont open! I think the lock is stuck i cannot get the door panel off to check the acctuator. any tips on getting it open?

If the mechanical 'cables' are not working (lock/unlock with key, use handle) you're pretty much out of luck. You cannot get the doorpanel off without opening the door.
If your handle isn't working, try removing the interior door handle and working with the lock 'cables' gl, as if that doesn't work you'll more than likely need a new doorpanel.
Some cars, you can pry the door side out. You'll be lucky to not have 2 door lock end out after doing that in a prelude lol.

i have a door problem as well ... on my passenger side the door doesnt shut right. i have to slam my door in order for it to close right, unlike my driver sides door i can open and close to normally
