Door piece removal

I was wondering how you remove the red piece from the door panel. I have 2 tone, and am going to be swapping my tan piece out for another one from a totaled car. Just wondering how you do it?

u gotta take off the door panels my dude and u will see on the inside of the door panel how to remove the piece it is very easy just get a flat head and pry the metal clips out. Actually u can carefully pull the red piece off without removing the door panels but I would not suggest that. to make life easier just pull the entire panel

Follow the first 4 steps to get your door panel off, then you'll see the metal tabs that holds the pad in place. You'll figure it out once you see it.

Sweet, thanks a lot. I didn't even realize there was an FAQ like that or else I would've checked it out.
