Defog help

HI cant seem to get my defog to work. My heater works, my ac does not. I cant get the heater to blow on my feet either. I understand thati need to have the AC turned on to get my defog to work. Not really sure where to start here. Do I need a new compressor, or is there a fuse somewhere I should check?

your defroster will work without AC. Use the heat to do so. And with the air not going down to the feet, just check the gate at the bottom and make sure its allowing air out of it.

try closing your vents on top, and youll hear where the air comes out mostly.

The a/c draws moisture out of the air....defrost will not defog without it. That's why when you press the defrost the a/c light illuminates.

You should see if your system has the right amount of freon if its even holding it. If it is check compressor. If that's ok make sure the controls are in working order. I think there's another member having a/c issues and has a thread started to.
