Good luck in finding one. When I was looking for one back in 99, it had already been discontinued. Also, if you find one, expect to pay somewhere around $300 for it.

I was fortunate, and found a shop that had the last piece. However, I had to pay full price for it, and now that I realised that I can't use it for 5th gen, I am selling it back at the same price.
It is brand new, never been used/installed. Comes with instruction and all parts. $350obo
