does anyone have a junk prelude with an extra wire harness for cruis control, from the steeing plug to under neath the steeringwheel, honda told me i had to buy a whole dash harness for 500 bucks, its just i set i need....any ideas?? hockey_princess2@yahoo.com
Do you mean the jumper that goes between the steering controls to the controller under the dash on the driver side?
Or your CC wires were cut from someone previously doing a CC delete- if that's the case you'll need a full harness. Check the partouts section of this forum and the other Prelude forums - i know there are a few going on right now and i'm sure they still have the full harness.
The classifieds section the site has partouts. If nobody has what you're looking for within the posted partouts - you may have better luck trying those of the other Prelude forums.
I removed Cruise control from my 5th gen - I don't know when i'll be near my car next since it's in storage but i can check for that harness if you have no luck and still need it come that time.
