Just found out that one of my valve was broken. Anyway, since my engine is opened up, I was thinking about replacing all of my valves along with retainers and springs. Also pistons.

First of all, I don't know much about internal engine parts....

Ok, should I get crower or skunk2 valves? Which one is better for the price? It seems like skunk2 is cheaper then crower, but how is the quality between those two?

Second, Aries or JE pistons? Someone told me to get .5 higher compression. Good idea or should I just stick with stock compression? Which ones? Aries or JE? I found Aries for $399 at summitracing.com. How is the qualities between those two?

I went through all of their sites and they all claim that they are the best.

So, can you guys help out on which one I should get.
