Crankshaft Pulley keyway chewed?

Last night my crankshaft pulley came really lose and all my belts got eaten up. I took the crankshaft pulley out and the keyway has a chunk missing.

So how screwed am I this time? Do I just need a new pulley or a whole new crankshaft?

Thanks for any help in advance! I will try to upload a picture tonight. But I have to go to work now.

So the car still starts up and everything. So does that mean I will not have to replace the whole crank?

I was stopped when this happened and only drove down the block so I don't think the valves hit the pistons?

looks to me like youll just need a new crank pulley the timing belt rides on a different puleey inside the cover. i would guess that you have no damage to your head internals. Kind of curious why this would happen though, I'd look into my accessories ie a/c compressor, alternator, power steering to make sure all pulleys spin freely and aren't seizing. Also, check my mounts, and crank pulley bolt to make sure its not dragging on the wheel well or anything.

Cool!

I Guess I am one of the lucky ones. It happened in front of my house so I didn't drive on it too much and only started it up like 3 times after this happened to put it in the garage. So I don't think I would really have internal damage. Oh and the pulley bolt was so loose I took it out by hand.

Fix those oil leaks, t-belt is more than likely near failure from being soaked in oil.
