Crane Ignitions

Looking for pics from folks who may have installed any of the Crane ignitions/coils. I went to the forum search engine but didn't find what I was looking for. I hate to ask if there's already a thread out there. While there's some great info, there's no indication of a good mount spot(maybe I missed it).

BTW, I'm talking to Crane about the HI-6CD with the LX92 coil...

Before I commit, I was hoping to determine the best mount spot...

Bucket...

No pictures, but I installed the ignition box on the side of the battery towards the fender and the coil in the factory location, just had to use some longer bolts than provided, works great and looks clean. I love Crane ignitions, there the best!

How's the weather in Wisconsin???(mispelled, I'm sure)

I was there for Christmas back in '99. Brutal man...especialy since I'm from Florida...It was so cold my eyeballs froze.

I was staying with a friend in Kenosha, then went to Racine...

Stay warm....

The weather is still 'warm' here compared to the next two or three months, it's about 30. You spelt it right, good job! My friend is coming up from Florida this friday, he just moved from here back in september to go to the school that was investigated after the terrorist attacks, Embry Riddle. He already hates how cold it was here when he came up from thanksgiving, that's when it was in the 40s, you Florida guys got it easy.

My bro was up to Wisconsin last year on Spring Break=he had to shovel 8 inches of snow at a friend's house! But he said visiting Mall Of America was worth it.

Aren't you glad the prelude has a great heater?........
