Do you have the rubber covers on? If so, then you may just have a crack on the housing.

It's probably cause they need to be resealed. Take them out and put it in the oven to remove moisture. Then reseal them with silicone. Also make sure the rubber piece that cover the back of the headlights are on correct.

Yea put the whole headlight in the oven. I put a beer bottle to hold it up a little so the plastic isn't hitting the grill in the oven. The clear lens will be hard to pry off cause the glue. Best bet is to just pop it in the oven, remove moisture, reseal with silicone around the light.

Nope, that is why I haven't done it yet. I have the same problem, and you have to drop the bumper to remove the headlights. Once you have the whole housing removed you can separate the clear lens from the rest of the housing.

The headlight is 2 pieces sealed together with adhesive. There's the housing and the lens. To get it to separate you have to heat up the adhesive so it's soft then you can carefully pry them apart. That's why people put them in the oven.
There's no way for you to just wipe it off. You're going to have to reseal the headlight or every time it gets wet water is going to get inside and you'll continue to have the condensation problem.

If they're OEM lights, I'm pretty sure the seal is perfectly fine. If you have the DEPO's, those are more likely to have a bad seal. You might not beable to see any cracks, but if you take the light off the car, you might fine one. I've gotten several sets of lights that had tiny cracks on the housings that my customers didn't even know about. I of course fixed them before shipping them back out...

Funny thing is I have DEPO's and even after my bumper got tapped causing one of the arms to rip off and leave a hole in the side, I still don't have condensation.

Some pics:

Granted I did epoxy my ghetto fix, but that stuff isn't exactly water proof. I'm gonna have to redo the job with JB Weld some day.

damn that bad. It's probably cause there was no chance of water staying inside your lights. I got some stuff that is perfect for plastic. I broken a bracket off one of my crappy loaner lights, and this stuff I got makes JB weld look like a pussy being put on plastic

What's it called? I'll have to try it out.

Wish I learned about JB Weld when this happened, instead something drove me to "stitch" the broken stuff back on with some 20ga. steel wire. Atleast it holds like a mofo and will never break off, just have to undo the epoxy and JB Weld the seams.

It's called Lord Fusion. You'll have to use a special gun in order to get it out of the tubing. It mixes together just like JB weld. There are different types, and I can't remember the exact one I used, cause I already gave the stuff back to my friend
