I know i should know this. therse only a limited few colors that our cars come in. but was there a year that it was DARK PURPLE? theres this guy running aroubnd my way for the past year or 2 driving a purple lude. looks like EPP. electron purple pearl. the car is 100% stock. thats was makes me clueless. maybe it was painted and modded but put back to stock before selling idk?

No purple colors were ever offered. EBP sometimes looks purple at certain angles, but most of the time it looks blue. Most likely it was repainted at some point.

There was a purple color released in Japan and, i think, Europe during like 97-99. Its more of a dark redish purple/ burgandy. I've seen one pic floating around the boards of it. If the car is not RHD, it was probably either modded or in need of a paintjob and they got it custom painted. There were none in purple released in America.
