Cold start problems

so since it has become colder my car doesnt want to stay on.I will have to start the car about 5 times before it will stay on and start warming up.also if i try to move the car before it has reached operating temp it has zero power.I can only putter down the road at 5mph or I have to push in the clutch rev it to about 4 or 5k and then put it in gear in order to accelerate any faster.Once its warm it drives fine other than the fact that it wont deliver smooth power(in other words under about half throttle or more it will kinda jerk you).I have 2 CEL codes.one is PO112-IAT sensor ciruit low voltage and the other is P1508-IAC circuit failure.this is becoming very annoying and im scared I am going to hurt my new JDM H22.any ideas on how to fix it?to be honest I dont even know where the IAC or IAT is to check them.If I am unclear on anything please let me know so I can clarify.thanks in advance.

I'm just going out on a limb here but try resetting your ECU. Under the hood there should be the fuse box on the top left corner. Pull out the 7.5A fuse (should be clock/radio) and leave it out for 10 minutes, then put it back.

It helped me but you might have a different problem.

This is a little off the topic of conversation but aboone78 what kind of headlights are you sporting on your prelude? They look pretty nice in the picture in your signature, and I have been debating on what type of headlight assemblies I want to get.

iac i believe is on the top, front of intake manifold. iat is in the middle right side of intake manifold.
check if connecters are plugged in securely after the swap
