I thought I bought BC Coilovers but then it ended up being the Buddy Club Racing Spec Coilovers for my 5th gen. I installed that with a set of SPC adjustable ball joints, front and rear upper struts, custom endlinks and a rear sway bar, now my car has next to no body roll. =D

yep, you dont need them at all so why to get one why cant you just open your trunk/hood to adjust them? much cheaper to do it manually.
well, maybe some fanatics thinks they are cool but...still unnecessary.

Thank you for admittance to the fact that they do indeed have something to do with the dampers. May it be controlling the "knob" from within the vehicle and be a complete waste of money for those that are fully capable of opening their hood and doing it themselves - it in the end, serves some form of "purpose" within the suspension system.

As far as the whole "crap" thing again - everyone's suspension setups differ in combinations outside of the shocks/springs. Those will add into the deciding factor as to how the parts will operate together.

We're each entitled to our own opinions, there's no changing that.

I do admit you seem to be very knowledgeable, i'll be sure to go to you directly upon the next time I have suspension issues.

cheers!

He never said it had nothing to do with dampers. he said it had nothing to do with dampers performance.

Tires profile are pretty important too. I have 35's and they make suspension feel little bit harder than it really is.

where did you buy them? i have BC RSD's on my rsx-s, they're amazing! i know the suspension geometry of the prelude is alot different than the rsx, but it's still a light ass'ed FWD car. i've been looking for RSDs for the lude. if i remember correctly, the RSDs on the rsx are 12k/16k. im at a decent track height(2.5" drop, 1 finger gap) with 255/40r17 NT05s on 17x9+25 rims and -2.5 all the way around.
