clutch torque specs...help asap

i am changing my clutch and flywheel tomorrow and i need the torque specs of flywheel to clutch and flywheel to crankshaft. if you have this info please hook me up. i'm doing the install in the morning.

62-1BB turbo, hks 50mm wastegate, greddy type 24 intercooler, hks ssq bov, blitz turbo timer,greddy profec b boost controller, act clutch, walbro 255 fuel pump, b&m fpr, 1000cc injectors, probe rods, arias pistons, ported and polished head, ferrea valves with 5 angle valve job, darton sleeves, msd 6a, msd wires, msd blaster coil, megan 3in turbo muffler, custom 3in downpipe and test pipe, aem pulleys, f22 tranny with quaife lsd, and hondata......i think thats it.

Pressure Plate Bolts: 19ft/lbs

Flywheel Bolts : 76ft/lbs

Remove and install them in a criss-cross pattern. 1/4 Turn at a time.
