Clutch problems again... PLEASE HELP!!

This has really only happened to me three time but I'm scared. I just installed a new slave cylinder in my car about 2 months ago and have since driven it to Orlando once and Daytona once. In other words, this problem is just starting to happen. The other day I was coming back from Gainesville, which is only about 30 miles away, and when I got in my car, my clutch felt funny. It seemed to be catching really late (in other words, it was catching almost at the very top instead of the middle where it usually does.) Well, when I got off the interstate, my clutch was sort of slipping and then, when I got it in 5th gear, if I pushed the gas down half way, the revs would shoot up like it was slipping REALLY bad. I freaked and just got home and parked it. After about 3 hours or so, I went outside and tried the redneck clutch slip test (pull the e-brake, start in 2nd gear. If the car shuts off, good clutch. If it slips and keeps running, bad clutch.) Anyway, the clutch worked fine. I drove it for a little while, clutch is fine. I then drove it for a week with no problems. Go back to G-ville yesterday, and it does it again on the way back. Then again today! The irritating thing is the clutch still grabs like crazy when the clutch feels normal, but slips when it feel like its catching really late. What is the possible problem? I'm pretty sure its something in the hydraulic clutch system and not the clutch itself. If anyone has any ideas, LMK. Thank you in advance.

Mine feels like it's almost fluctuating. It is normal 85% of the time but every once in a while it raises up. Does this make sence?

Did you also changed the master clutch cylinder? It is recommended to change it simultaneously with the slave.

Try bleeding again the lines, and be sure the are no air bubbles inside the system.
