Clutch problem?

So recently I started to feel a difference in my clutch. Sometimes when I push down on the clutch, I can feel more resistance and sometimes I feel a "click" or the actual disengaging of the clutch in my pedal. I also feel more vibrating in the clutch pedal. This is weird because this doesn't happen continuously. There are times where my clutch feels totally fine. Also, at times, I feel its much harder to put it into gear. I feel a slight block when shifting into, say, 2nd 3rd or 4th gear, meaning I have to push it in a little harder to get into gear. Sometimes I also feel a little vibration when getting into gear, like its about to grind but not. I checked my clutch fluid and it was fine. I even added a little more fluid but the problem still persists.

What could it be? Air in the clutch lines? Clutch failing? hydraulics failing?

Please help!! this is my daily driver and can't afford to wait for things to get even worse.

TIA
