Clutch master and slave question regarding sizes

Does anyone know if Honda made a clutch master cylinder that has a larger bore than the 5Gen's clutch MC? Or conversely, are there any Honda clutch slave cylinders that have a smaller bore than the 5Gen's? I need something that will bolt up to either the firewall or transmission without modification, though, that's why I'm only looking at Honda parts.

I'd look at my master and slave cylinder, but the car is not here right now.

I can tell you -NOT- to try F22 Accords. They use the same master and slave cyl as the Prelude. As a mater of fact, all the 4th gens and 5th gens use the same parts too. How do I know, b/c I just bought both to replace them.

Maybe a civic has a smaller slave cyl. Or maybe the newer Accord V6s have a larger master cyl. Good luck.

I'd imagine that no one knows. For some reason people either don't know this type of information, or they just don't want to tell. I did find that an ITR MC has a 5/8" bore. Now I need to see what size the Prelude's is. The idea of swapping the slave cylinders is a good idea too. Sh*t, I'll probably just buy a damn Tilton MC and use it.

If you need mesurements of the stock prelude stuff I have the new parts sitting on my living room. The MC appears to be 7/8" bore and the slave 3/4".

I can take apart my stock parts when I swap them out tomorrow if you want.

Yeah, that would be awesome if you could do that. I'm starting to think swapping the slave is going to be easier.

OK, correction, the MC is 5/8" bore and the SC is 3/4" bore. Those numbers are cast into the side of them. I have not taken them apart. Let me know if you need any other measurements.

Sh*t. I just got a Civic SC from a friend. Bolt pattern is the same, and 3/4 is cast into the side of the SC. Dammit. I was thinking that would be an easy solution. It's a dead SC, so I might just take it apart to physically measure the piston bore. I find it odd that the numbers cast into the side are English units and not metric. If you want to sell your dead SC, let me know. I'd buy it, if the price is right.

Actually I'd be interested in buying your dead MC too. I need to look at it as well.

** Brought Back from the Dead **

So are we saying that the ITR Master Cylinder is the exact same size and dimension as the Preludes? Does anyone know the Honda part numbers of either or even both? Are they the same?

Actually... if you look on Honda-Tech classifieds, I believe KTeller is making some larger sized master cylinders for the clutch. So far, there is no prelude app, but I'm sure some interest could generate it.
