Cluster, blinkers, wiper 1, windows/sunroof, reverse lights, and clock all went out

Well I just got my 2000 Prelude which has been my dream car for sometime but it has turned into a nightmare because I've had it for a month and then the cluster gauge, blinkers, reverse tail lights, windows/sunroof, wiper setting 1, and clock all don't work. I checked all the FUSES and they all WORK(so please do not say fuses because I see that people say this all the time). The only thing that I found is that the 10a tail light fuse doesnt seem to be getting power yet the tail lights work which makes no sense. I did go ahead and buy a new cluster gauge but thats not the problem. I either think the fuse box is going bad on the driver side or the wires to it. I really need some help and will I have to take this to Honda?

Thanks for any help you might have.

start troubleshooting each circuit individually, and make sure the grounds that go to all of those circuits are solid too.

Well I've been searching on the internet and finally found out what could be the problem based on someone elses problem but I guess it could be a red wire with black stripes from the combination switch to the fuse box. The only thing is I have no idea what the combination switch is. Im not car savy yet but if someone could send a picture of that wire and where it goes I would really appreciate it.
