Climate Control Issue

My A/C isn't working the way it should and it as gotten hot as HELL around me. Here's the issue....

Out of the four setting on the blower fan, the last one is the only one that will blow any air. When it does it is very loud behind the dash. (blower fan vibration?) It also isn't blowing much air at all.

Is this something as simply as pulling apart the dash and tightening things up. Or just going to Honda.

Sorry, but replacing the climate control does not seem to be what is going to fix your issue...
Personally I think your fan motor may be bad, or the blades got damaged some how...just a guess.

Well, I'm not sure if this guy is still around, but mine only blows if I have it on the highest setting (I don't hear any bad sounds in the dash tho), and it automatically blows to my feet if I put the air direction setting anywhere but on the forward position. I have to put it back to the forward position and bang on it to go back to normal.

The air blows fine it seems like a problem with the connection somewhere. I was thinking about shipping it to Busabos77 having him do the led stuff and maybe he can fix some spots where the connections might be bad.

I guess I should go to Honda first though. The one where I live has like the 2nd best Honda tech in the nation, but I'm still afraid they'll be like "Just replace the whole thing" and charge like $1000 for a less complicated fix.

You need a new blower fan resistor(thats your problem with it only working on one level)
also need to replace your blower motor(that messes up the blower when the resistor goes out)

I found this in my helms. Where is this exactly? Would I need to take the dash off to get to it?

the mode motor should be right behind the radio on the side, u should be able to get to it without removing the whole dash

the resistor is right by the blower motor(ill have to look to see exactly where its @ but there should be two screws holding it in with a plug n harness) it has silver heat shrink fins on the inside part

i can post or email pics of the locations tomorrow, my lude is just sitting because i took the motor out for the fun of it lol
