Most of this has already been covered, but it's time to put a little Kronn into it.
1. It's VTEC, no hyphen.
2. It's aluminum, no double-L.
3. Remove the under drive pulley and go back to stock.
4. Header is singular.
5. It's not a free-flow cat. That would be a test pipe. However, there are high-flow cats.
6. The header you added is most likely garbage. Ask me about headers.
7. What do you mean, you removed the exhaust and went back to stock? Your post never mentioned anything about upgrading the exhaust, only the header and cat. Granted, both are part of the exhaust system, but not considered part of the exhaust itself. That would be the cat-back piping and muffler.
8. You should have dyno'd the car.
9. It's mechanically. This time the double-L is appropriate.
10. The best answer you are going to receive is this: Revert EVERYTHING back to stock and sell the chik-tranny-car. Put the junk aftermarket parts on ebay and/or craiglist. Purchase a masculine car. You will know it's manly because it comes with its own stick. Then do some research on which parts are good for your vehicle and purchase them. Before installation, put the car on a dyno. After installation, put the car on a dyno. "Tune" with a piggyback for better VTEC crossover, A/F ratios, and gas mileage. Or you can revert to OBDI and tune with something more complete.
