I did a search, and didn't find anything, so sorry if this has already been answered.

I have a base prelude, so there for I have a center tail light. I also have a spoiler with a tail light built in, like you SH'ers. So my question is if I remove the center tail light in the car, will there be a gap in the fabric behind my rear seats where the light used to be? Or will it just look like normal, but with a few holes where the light is screwed in?

There will be a big hole. You can buy the Type SH one at any Honda dealer for about $75.

What he (Shimee) said. Its called a rear deck lid, couldn't tell you the part number though. It's like a flimsy particle board covered in cloth.
