CEL Cylinder 1 & 3 Missfire Infamous Bogging

I've got a 2001 Prelude Base (Standard) with around 128xxx miles on it.
I was driving home from work today and noticed a big loss in power in 1, 2, and 3 gear, below 3500 rpm. It has alot of hesitation and bogging, especially when shifting. Took it driving again about 30 minutes later and the CEL light came on.
Took it to autozone and they told me I had a cylinder 1 and 3 missfire.
Everything was perfect with the fuel injection and lines and the only CEL error codes was 1 and 3 missfire and a dealer specific code they couldnt read.
All 4 sparkplugs were replaced less than a month ago, what could be causing this?
Also, I sprayed down everything under the hood with engine degreaser and and rinsed it with a high pressure water hose earlier today. If that has anything to do with it

Could have gotten some water in the distributor or coil.

Try pulling the cap off and hose it down with some electric cleaner and let it air dry.
