Catback For a 2000 Prelude

Okay guys, I have been looking around for a good catback for my lude. And for a decent price.

I stumbled upon a "razonic" brand on ebay and was wondering if anyone has heard of it? If not can anyone recommend a nice deep sounding exhaust?

Thanks

My advice is that if you want garbage then go with made up ebay brands, when it comes to an exhaust you want a quality namebrand bc rust, sound, R&D, warranty, fit, and money are all factors that come into play when buying an exhaust and other performance products. Getting whatever you can to just to get it isnt really the way to go. I fully understand if thats all you can afford, since times are really hard and what not, but no offense your basically wasting money. That ebay thing might fall apart quickly, sound like crap, and not even fit properly. Im a cheap ass MOFO but i know that sometimes you gotta bite your tongue and just pay up for something good that will make you happy in the end and not pissed off with regret. Like an air intake, got it from ebay bc its only $30 and its not gonna break my bank and most are the same crap. But buying an exhaust is def not the same. Just sharing my thoughts, sorry if i sound like a jerk.

Just curious, does your exhaust bog down when the rpms drop to idle from reving like the Apexi ws2 and greddy sp2 do and are there any noticable power gains in certain rpm ranges? I only found 2 sounds clips with the Tanabe SMH and neither of them do justice from what it seems.

And does the exhaust get annoying at highway speeds? Im looking forward to buying this exhaust, sorry to bug ya.

At highway speeds, I can bearly hear it. As for the first two questions, the exhaust doesn't seem to bog down and i haven't noticed any rpm specific gains.

No I understand what you mean. I was just wondering if it was worth the money. Thanks for helping me out.

Also, I was thinking of buying an air intake from a friend for 15 bucks. Its a matrix are they any good? All I would need is a filter.

Search Catback System + Search Intake System = 30+ hp gains at the wheels.

Anything up to about 350-450. I just found it the other day by accident and was wondering if anyone had heard of it before.

I have a Greddy Evo. I like the sound of it. Not very loud, and a nice smooth tone.

Honestly If you dont wanna spend a ton and want a decent sounding and performing exhaust, i would go with either a tanabe smh, apexi ws2, or greddy sp2. if your willing to spend more then look at RSR, R&D thermal, Mugen and so on.
GL with your exhaust choice.

And about your air intake, it all depends on your taste. I dont know if you want a cold air or Short Ram intake nor Do I what kinda intake that matrix one is, I never heard of it either. Do a search and look in the N/A section as well there is a sticky with lots of info on everything I mentioned and more check it out.
