CAT options? 2 CELs

Okay so we have a 1997 Base Auto (I know) Prelude and it has thrown 3 times consecutively, like clockwork, the CEL P0420. Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold. The Cat that is on the car is more than likely shot. Terrible smells and sounds are coming from it. I spent plenty of time on multiple forums researching the issue. There is a mod using a spark defouler that I stumbled across. But I think it might be best to replace the O2 Sensor, do the mod, and replace the Catalytic Converter. I say that because today it has thrown an additional code of P0401. It will be taken care of as well (EGR cleaning etc.). Finally here is my question? What is the best option for a quiet replacement for the CAT? Ebay has a supposed direct replacement Magnaflow CAT. Would it be pretty loud? Wish there was some Borla options.. I have also spent plenty of time on YouTube trying to sort through the countless options for exhaust sounds. But at this time I only want to replace the CAT. Further customization will be done at a later point in time.

Cool, thanks man. I don't want a loud exhaust.
