i have a carbon trunk and planning to get a carbon mugen wing will there be a problem putting them on? as in will i damage the trunk with the wing on?

You probably just need a brand-spankin'-new drill bit to drill the holes with. And possibly something to help spread the stress out over a larger area, like a washer at each bolt, but that's just my guess. You probably could get away without washers. You should consult with the manufacturers of both trunk and wing and see what they recommend.
