Can you shift through the gears when the car is parked/not running.

you are going to have to give some more details on this. check your slave and master cylinder to see if it disengages the pressure plate fully. But it def sounds like a clutch disengagement problem.

Yeah when its parked and not on it shifts perfectly but when I start the car and I try to shift into gear it suuuper hard to get in gear and the closer you get in into gear the car idles lower and lower and once its in gear it sstalls. and if I start it in gear in just stalls.

It's your clutch...bad install on the current one maybe? Check you clutch fluid level and master/slave cylinder for leaks , if they are good then it may be time to replace the clutch...again.

From what I can tell(and everyone else apparently), it is apparent that your clutch is not disengaging completely or maybe not at all.

This could be you master and slave cylinders malfunctioning in some way, it could be the install of the clutch, it could be a pressure plate failure.

If you find no fault with your cylinders, then it's time to start tearing you trans out and diagnose the issue.

hmmm...sounds like my problem. my clutch's springs went bad. I have an exedy stage 1 clutch and I'm upgrading because from all my friends experience, exedy seems to do this alot. not sure what kind of clutch you have but there is a possiblity if you have springs in the clutch

Its the clutch, my clutch in my old lude went out and it did the exact same thing. Shifted smooth when off but as soon as I turned it on I would have to use an excessive amount of force to get it in gear and when in gear at a light or something it would shake horribly and try to die. I would have to keep revving it to prevent it from dying.
