car idles too low

i recently got my timing belt changed and now my idle is really low. it idles right below the line underneath the 1 on the tach. is this the normal idle because my car feels like the car is gonna stall out. if it is too low how do i raise the idle?

your idle is supposed to be under the 1.....

1 x 1000 = 1000 rpms = too high of an idle

stock idle is supposed to be 750 +/- 50 rpms

so then my idle is too low because it is under the first line not the 1. i guess that first marking i like 500 rpms so i better get it adjusted.

750 +- 50 RPM makes sense, mine ALWAYS fluctuates. One day its at 700 (and I feel some vibration), another day its 800 (and it feels soooooooo smooth!!)
Anyone know why this happens?
Anyone know how to solve it?
Thanks guys!!
