Can you use HID's for USDM fogs?

I was wondering if HID PnP kits will work for USDM fogs. Has anyone tried it? Will they fit? I want to put HID's in my USDM fog light house but im not too sure if itll work.

For fogs you'll need the "mini" kits with shorter bulbs. Just remember the kits are illegal.

the kit you need for the foglight setup is with an H3 Bulb which is the one that fits the socket

The HID kit uses an H3 socket, not an H3 bulb.

They are often times manufactured to long to fit into the fog lights. Some companies do a mini H3 with a shorter length.
