can you tell me where this plug goes?

i swapped in a h22a into my 98 prelude and can't figure out where this green plug goes. I'm also throwing a cel code 41 (primary 02 sensor) because its not hooked up. i can't for the life of me locate where the o2 sensor connects to on the engine. I've searched other forums (How to: Oxygen Sensor (O2) Replacement - eXtremePrelude.com) and its located right next to the oil filter but i can't seem to find it. any help is appreciated.

Pretty sure that goes to the sensor that is on the high pressure line for the power steering.
