ATTS = Active Torque Transfer System. To put it simply it is a computer controlled limited slip. From what I understand it only works in corners. When you corner hard it transfers the power from the inside tire (which would otherwise spin) to the outside tire giving you more traction. It fixes a major draw back of FWD. If you plan on getting some horsepower out of you prelude (ie. turbo, supercharger) then I have heard that it doesn't work right sometimes. It also adds a little bit of weight and the suspension is a different.
IMO it is great for stock, but not as good as like a Quaife and not quite as good for serious building.
