Can anyone identify this part? (*PIC*)

Here is a part that I found in my garage under my Prelude. It's possible that it is not a Prelude part but I don't know what else it could be since my car is the only thing that is ever in this spot of the garage. What do you guys think?

I've never seen anything like that on the Prelude.

I'm quite sure the prelude doesn't have a part like that. I know the prelude pretty damn well and never ran into that. I guess this would be a good thing for you since i'm sure you don't want random parts falling out of your car haha.

I'm glad that the consensus is that the part is not from the Prelude. The "ON" and "OFF" writing don't seem like anything from a Prelude. But the way it's threaded with the O-rings seem a little Prelude like. Unless someone else recognizes it I guess it's a random part that found its way in to my garage. Maybe it's from some of my lawn equipment.
