well i was wondering, if i can just cut out the mound circled.. and leave it open to let the camber to have more space...

Just curious, which camber kit do you have?

I would not suggest cutting anything in that area, you need all the ridgidity you can get. The best option IMO, would be to purchase the SPC camber kit. I heard those dont give any problems. There's still the groupbuy going on, this week is the last. Get on it while you have the chance.

the spc kit shouldn't hit as bad or as much...might think of switching over to the spc kit....mine only has hit a couple times over big bumps...just drive careful.

I am from MN and a lot of the roads back home don't have huge ledges like CA does.....its smooth cause snow plows can't hit ledges or anything. here in CA there are some bad step ups on 101...definitly one part by santa barbra where I made a dent in my mount

From one whose been there and changed his-get the latest SPecialty Products pieces for the front and most of your troubles will be gone. I have the 67135s and they work just fine at both Pocono and The Glen. I do get the "thunk" at times where the pavement on the interstate has a sudden bump at a joint. YES, my towers have dimples and the only fix we have come up with is to reinforce them with a plate over the dimple. BTW< my car rides on Koni shocks/Neuspeed Sport springs. Honda in its great wisdom did not provide for any serious lowering even with ultra stiff (bouncy/buckboard) springs on any of their cars.
