CAI Comparison

I apologize for the newbie question but;

Planning to purchase a CAI, any thoughts on brand differences? Or is the difference negligible?

AEM vs K&N vs Injen vs Fujita vs Weapon R vs Other Brand

It's a tube with a filter stuck on it. Just pick one.

Get the cheapest 3" piping you can find, and then stick a K&N filter on the end of it.

...That have been somewhat dyno proven to add close to ZERO gains in any way.

Keep your stokie intake and waste your money somewhere else that'll actually help your car go faster/or handle bette.

Hey guys, isn't there a point where you've done enough to the rest of the vehicle to support this type of mod? I understand that just doing this alone is a complete waste but if you've done enough in other places couldn't you see some gains? I know very hypothetical question...there I go thinking too hard...lol

This is a good point!

CAI or intakes in general are a WASTE as a starting mod which most people do first...
