A/C and air recirculation backlight out

Hi guys, the backlight for the A/C and the air recirculation buttons are out. The orange backlit ones, not the orange and green ones on top to indicate if a switch is on or off.

How can I go about troubleshooting this? I've never worked with LED's before, nor have I ever opened that spot up. Any suggestions?

take your climate out (you don't have to take it out all the way, the bulb is on the top right, it's not an LED, it's a bulb)

here's a pic of the bulb, just takes a quarter turn to take it out, you may be lucky, and it mite just be loose... if so then you don't need a new bulb.

The bulb is about 3 bucks from a dealer, I have a few extra laying around if you want one, I'll just throw it in a $0.60 envelope, let me know.

Thanks Ludatic! I'll give it a try later today after work. I've never pulled the climate control out before...

sorry to bring this up from the dead, but it seems both of these bulbs in my lude have gone out. what are the chances of both of them going out at the same time? the lower row of a/c lights is working (temp and fan speed). doesn't seem there'd be a fuse for just the two upper bulbs, but if there is would be great to know.
