Buying h22a parts from dealer

Now before anyone sets me on fire, and throws me down a fuel liner, for not searching forms I have done 2 months of research ( On here of course) and just wanted to verify things before i start spending $$ on the remaining parts.

I just got my a jdm h22a from a JDM 94 Si Vtec. I know in order to make it obo2( its going in 97) i have to swap over oil pump, knock, distrib, alt, usdm harness, fuel injectors and some other finer things. Here is my question.

Im buying all my seals and parts from the dealer( well would like to if possible, i get a 30-40% discount) When i went to get my estimate i told the parts guy i have a 94 prelude, bla bla bla he printed out the list.

When i say seal i mean: all front, rear main, intake & exhaust mani, oil pan... stuff like that. Parts guy said to make sure the udsm seal will fit on the jdm engine. Im pretty sure they will, but i would like to make sure.

OH yeah, im also make a guide out of this swap to help others out.. Couple here on PO have done it but i have yet to see a picture guide, just text guide. So any where im wrong feel free to tell me so i can make corrections Thanks Guys

If course they'll all fit, the only differences in the engines are the piston dome height, wiring harness(can't be used) and fuel rail(depends but mine had inlet on wrong side).

Why didn't you just tell the people you ordered the engine from you wanted an OBD2 motor? Would have been a lot easier.

JDM engines are cheaper, taken better care of, and have less mileage than usdm. psh finding a 5th gen prelude with less than 100k miles in the states is admirable. Like i said i wanted to make sure before i spent 400 bucks on all my seals and mounts from the dealer. but thanks man
