The `ground-wire` picture shows the back of the mod`ed JDM fog light. Crimp a male spade connector onto a 3" piece of wire and screw the wire in using one of the screws in the back of the housing. This wire now replaces the ground wire from the H3C`s. In the harness picture I`ve taken off the plastic harness that held the two fog light female spade connectors together, but you don`t have to do this. Just insert the spade connector for the H3 into the slot for the orange wire, and insert your new ground wire into the slot on the harness for the black wire.
I soldered the 3" ground wire in and used electrical tape generously, since this doesn`t have the same kind of weatherproofing it used to.
I hope you can follow these instructions. If you have any questions, just ask. I`ll try to write up a whole install article with better pictures next week some time. I did this mod about 8 months ago and it works fine. I currently have PIAA H3 85w->115w SuperWhites in my fogs.

i'm still trying to find that "Lexus yellow" for my JDM fogs. i did order a set of H3c yellow. they had to have some modifications to fit. But it wasnt the yellow i was looking for.
