If you're refering to the high and low beams, I am almost positive that they're both H1 bulbs

Both low and high beam bulbs are indeed H1's. The low beams are just sheilded as to not blind people.

your daytime running lights (Cana-doh only) runs a lower voltage to your high beams bulbs. The results are that you get a much lower light output from those bulbs. If you're planning to put in superwhites thinking that they'll look as cool as the bimmers and benz, then you're just wasting your money. They ONLY reason why superwhites look cool at night is because it's NIGHTTIME and there's no other light source except from those bulbs. That's why eventhough they produce less light output (due to the blue filter), they still appear nice and bright at night! (Imagine a pitch dark room and you open your mouth, other people in the room might be able to see your teeth glow! Not because you're teeth are bright, but because it's the only source of light! ) Superwhites in the daytime will look like supernothings to be honest. You can try, but I'll be REAL suprise if you can even see that there's ANY LIGHT whatsoever coming out of those bulbs even if you stare right into the housing from 1 meter away!!! You can try it, but you might as well remove your daytime running lights in that case. It's be much cheaper and it'll give you the same effect!

If you want no yellow lights, then remove your daytime running lights... it'd be cheaper and it's got no yellow!!!
