Broken bolt on Valve Cover..?

So I was tightening the bolts that hold down the valve cover when suddenly one of them broke right off... For the mean time, I have super glued the bolt piece back on. How do I fix this..?

If you mean the stud it has a head under the valve cover in which you can put a 10mm socket on, turn it out and put a new one in. Next time don't over tighten, you're only supposed to tighten them to 10lb-ft or until you see the grommets compress slightly.
