Broke my Transmission mount/engine mount

Well i took my car to the Track last night. first run had perfect reaction time and start goin had sum wheel hop and at the end of first gear it poped out and put it 2nd and kind of bogged and then started goin well once i got past the line. pushed in the clutch and had it out of gear. well then my engine started reving up back inforth and my brakes locked up. couldnt press it down. so i had to use my hand brake to slow me down. came up to get my ticket and the lady told me i had a part left behind at the starting line. got the part looked at it and i knew it was from my transmission. and the reving back and forth was a vaccum leak so we fixed that the break line came look and i had lil power steering fluid everywhere. sum1 over filled it. so every1 was tellin me that part wasnt mine could of been sum1 esle. car was runnin fine. so i was like alright give another run. 2nd time once i launch check engine light and ATTS and i took it easy the whole way home car is runnin like ****. to make everything short pretty much i broke a engine mount transmission mount and lost 2 bolts and other 2 were loose. took to a shop in gainsville and they said whoever messed with my transmission last didnt torque it enough. so u think this is all cuz they didnt torque it enough or this **** jus happens? i have a ACT stage 2 clutch in it. damm i typed a effin story. Im jus trying to get advice here wat i should do. the place that did my new clutch and i guess didnt tightin it enough said "your car isnt meant for racing, fast and furious lied to you" guy was tryin to be funny.

What bolts were loose? What bolts came out? What did the shop say wasn't tightened properly? What exactly happened to the transmission? Exactly which engine mount did you break?

I can't make any sense out of your post. Seriously. I'd like to help, but if I can't tell which way is up, I can't help you.

^^ haha sry man. umm i broke one transmission mount and found the bolt for it. other one was missing and the other 2 were loose. and i broke one engine mount to the right. first shop(gainsville) said. that last ppl who worked on your transmission didnt toque it enough so go talk to them about it. so i went to the 2nd shop(jax) who worked on my transmission last. there going to take a look at it 2morrow morning cuz they were busy. but they sayin like ur car isnt made for drag racing and kind of hinting this damage was my fault. does that help? sry i didnt say it right

It doesn't help you now, but tracks use VHT traction compound (you probably know this) which provides way too much traction for a FWD street car IMHO. I would never launch hard at the track just because I care about my car more than a few tenths on the ET.

I think what we need to avoid is wheel hop on launch. That's probably the culprit, that jarring back and forth. I can launch pretty consisently w/o hop and that allows me to launch in vtec. I usually launch at 5,500-6,500. However, I race at a track that isn't prepped well, so take that into account.

I know Energy Suspension makes motor mount inserts for the 5G. I went w/the ingalls torque damper personally, because it's adjustable. But the ES motor mounts are cheaper.
