Block Drain Plug Location w/ ATTS?

I've seen this asked numerous times but never clearly answered. Is there a coolant drain plug on the block for ATTS-equipped Preludes? The Helms manual states "Remove the drain bolt from the rear side of the cylinder block to drain the block (except with ATTS)." Does this mean there is no coolant drain plug with ATTS? I've got a '97 SH.

Just drain your radiator, there will still be some in the engine but not a big deal if you take your hoses off and put some cardboard down for the time being, what are you draining your coolant for?

The ATTS covers that bolt, which is why the HELMS says except w/ATTS. I have bought the Honda engine block heater which goes in that exact spot replacing the drain plug. I will install it when I have my ATTS removed when changing my clutch.

I know it's not a big deal but my automotive OCD makes me want to get it all out I'm changing the coolant because I just bought the car and don't know how old it is.

That makes perfect sense. Thanks.
