Blinking side markers

I've found it on the FAQ, but pictures would definitely be helpful
Is there anyone who can help me out with the diagrams?
All I wanted to know is how to make the side markers blink when the signals are in use...
Thanks in advance

do you want them to be on with the parking lights and blink too, or just blink?

if you want them to just blink, splice the wires into your signals wiring...

if you want them on with parking lights and still blink, do the same as above but to a light that does the same thing...

on my 2g, i just wired them to my front corner lights, which were always on then blinked opposite the signals... had side markers and nozzles hooked up to there... looked kinda cool at night...

I wanted the sides to blink simultaneously when the signals are blinking when the parking lights is OFF.
I wanted to get the sides to blink alternately when the signals are blinking when the parking lights is ON.

Isn't splicing the wire the "ghetto" way of making this happen and will cause:
1) Hyperblink
2) Dimly lit turn signal indicator in the dash?

Thanks

hahahah niffium u posted this same question on h-p hahaha..

here buddy.

nothey wont hyperblink.. if u did it the OTHER way (blinker negative to sidemarker postive) THEN it would hyperblink, and the tun signals would stay on like fogs, but u'd get the dimly lit indicators too

heh yea taking off the front bumper was the hardest part. Just be sure to secure that sidemarker wire to the blinker wire really well because if you dont, you'll pull it right off if you try and change your sidemarker bulbs (i just did this) since there is alot less give in the wire after youre done.

what you want is exactly what i had on my 2g... with the way i did it, the side markers were essentially the same as the bulbs they were hooked up to... the easiest way to make this happen is if you have a bulb on your car that already does what you want your side markers to do...

all you have to do is run the positive wire from the markers to the postive wire of the bulbs that will power them, and the same for the negative... i'm too lazy right now to get on photoshop or ms paint and draw out a diagram, but i will if ya need...

it looked really cool on my 2g cause i kept side markers orange and had red nozzles... turned on the hazards with no parking lights and everything blinked at the same time, turned on the parking lights, and nozzles, side markers, and factory corner markers went opposite of the turns...

Alright, I've done this with the schematic above, by cutting the wiring and hook it up to the blinker.
It was easy, got it done without taking the bumper apart...
I added about 2 ft worth of 18 Gauge wire to hook the 2 pieces up. 15 minutes each side and plenty of black dust on my hands
Oh well, it blinks nicely now
